After earning my business degree from the University of New Hampshire during the pandemic, I found myself drawn back to my first love—childcare. While working as a nanny, I realized just how much families needed reliable, top-tier personal childcare. At the same time, I saw how essential it was for nannies to feel valued and supported in their roles. That’s when I decided to create The Nanny B. Agency: a perfect blend of my business expertise and my passion for nurturing children and supporting families and caregivers alike.
